i know i favorited a video of that earthquake. it was security cam footage from in a casino. Shit that quake did damage here in Cali. The tsunami rose the water so high and flooded PCH (Pacific Coast Highway) and like another block inland. We got the tsunami worse than Hawaii. but yea here in California were waiting for the "Big One" to hit. thats supposed to be from a 7.8 to an 8.9

I live in Iceland and I felt this one. The eartquake in Haiti was 30 times stronger than this one.  And it really destroyed that country and took probably hundreds of thousonds of lives.

We have to show and give them support through tthe redcross and humanitarian organizations.

No you don't. I live in Denver, and though quakes are rare, we have them. I also was in LA during the MLK quake back in '93, (I had just arrived and left LAX and was driving). They are scary, can wake you up in the middle of the night, take your home, and worse yet, kill you. Here in Denver, we have tornados and I would take those over a quake any day of the week. At least tornados can be predict. One cannot predict a quake

man i live in iceland and i remember when the earth started to shake i got really scared and i´m only twelwe years old and my sister got really scared as well as i. I ran to my friends house terefied and she got pretty hurt witch was bad i mean and earthquake is pretty bad. when i went outside everybody lokked pretty scared. The next day i herd that there was a crack in the earth on selfoss wich is a town in iceland and that there were a 1,000 aftershooks that day some people lost tere houses:)
