Being a child of true Metal I have to say, Helloween kicks ass. I'm so happy to see that melodic metal isn't dead. Most metal nowadays is ok musically, but when the singer opens his asshole it sounds like he/she is in the middle of a horribly painful shit. I guess they think they sound demonic or something. His songwriting has brought alot to a german powermetal band which was going down, and fast, with albums such as Pink Bubbles and Chameleon.
