great video how do i find out is its maple or not they dont look all the same i do random trees wich have sap can this get me poisend or are all trees good?
@nazkirik you will only get sap from a maple tree. I haven't heard of anyone getting poizoned. The audobon society field guide to trees has pictures of tree bark for identifing trees in winter. Another sign to look for is that the maple trees will have some sap running down form broken branches or areas of the tree

i use a 5 gal pail to empty the sap containers and then transfer it over to a 55 gal container that i keep in a trailer towed by my quad...
