Yes that is exactly who they are, all the Stones go to play a solo  part in the video which is unusual as it's usually only Mick and sometimes Keith doing a 'solo' spot . Normally Ronnie, Charlie & Bill are only in group shots.

Amazingly, when this great record & video were made in 1984 she had been diagnosed with terminal ovarian cancer 4 years earlier in 1980. She was given a life expectancy of perhaps 5 more years, but survived until 1994, a few days short of her 51 birthday. How fabulous did Anita look for a woman already diagnosed as terminally ill?.
