Well, you should check out Master Shi Guo Song's School in Markham Ontario. Master Shi Guo Song is one of the only 3 true Shaolin Temple Monks in North America and has been practicing Shaolin KungFu and QiGong for over 30 years. by the way Master Shi Guo Song is the one in this video who is teaching Mantis KungFu and shoving his arms through 300 pound rollers!
This video that has Joe Zappavigna, has a school in Montreal, Canada already. He was (as seen in this video) taught by Master Shi Xing Hong (also in this video, after Shi Guo Song) -- another authorized Shaolin gong fu teacher by the Shaolin Temple, who also has over 30 years of experience in the art.
It's nice to see there is another school in Canada with an authorized shaolin monk teaching.
However, if you live in Montreal, why bother going to Ontario when there's an existing school taught by Shi Xing Hong's own students?
This video is an amazing demonstration of the difficult training and the surreal prowess that the masters and students both display through this ancient art. :)

I am very interested in going into that school, however i was wondering if they were only teaching kung fu or also tai chi, sanda and Qi gong?

I go to that shaolin school in montreal where Sifu Joe teaches. You can see he was trained by Sifu Shi Xing Hong at the shaolin temple in china.
I have previously tried out other schools but none have the authenticity of true ancient martial art teachings as did Sifu Joe's school.
Nothing is watered down at all like almost all other martial art schools you see out there today.
Anyone really interested in learning should check the website out and contact Sifu Joe.
