@2583060 Gorilla Grodd is one of the smartest DC comic villains. Don't let his appearence fool you. Not only he's smarter and stronger than a human, but he have psychic powers. He started as a part of Flash's rogue gallery but eventually become a regular member of Batman's rogue gallery too.
