  • Nice job here, you have enough left over from the 15 to cover ebays b.s. shipping fee with change left over

  • @boogiechillen123 Thanks BC I hate those ebay fees, I may give ebid a shot soon TFW

  • You could try media mail. It might qualify and you'd save a lot.

  • damn how much did you make? lol

  • @JoshNicholsTV2 More than I deserved!

  • Priority Mail is usually cheaper for items under 4 pounds, especially when you consider the box is free. Gotta love those free Priority boxes! :-)

  • I don't know if this helps, but if I am not mistaken a company known as Eldon Industries made a brand of slot cars known as "Selectronic" in the 50s, 60s or 70s I want to say. Maybe the mystery toy is a toy manufactured by Eldon for slot cars.

  • Careful with those rubber bands, they can be damaging and effect the values.

  • shrks1fan is correct....You can save up to an additional 50% over and above what you recommend by using the Regional Rate Priority Box A, if the buyer is within a couple of zones of you - For Buyers further away evaluate using Regional Priority Box B.....You need to CONSIDER the Regional Priority Boxes A & B when evaluating your shipping costs....The only problem with the Regional Priority Boxes is the limited sizes that are available.

  • Keep an eye on the regional rate priority mail choices too. If something is small but heavy that is often the better choice. Oh and you can also go online and order a supply of the boxes, they will ship them to you free.

  • Thanks for sharing more "business" tips. Every little bit helps...especially in this lousy economy!

  • AW MAN! i love yugioh cards i wish i knew you were selling them :(

  • Nice tip. Even without the flat rate box, priority mail is often less expensive than parcel. Typically 1-2 pound items its less and 3lbs or larger parcel is the way to go. If its going across county, the flat rate boxes are awesome.

  • @scottsgaragesale Im lovin the flat rate boxes tonight!! TFW

  • Ebay now tacks on 9% on your shipping charge,

  • @MRWAYLAND ebay is fee bay, its like the family member you dont like but still have to hug at Christmas

  • @MRWAYLAND Yea but it's worth 9% because you have access to the whole country at one time. The power of diversified population statistics is very powerful. There is no other forum like Ebay that you can get to that many people with your item.

  • @RubberWilbur ,

You do realize that is 9% on the sale and another 9% on shipping!

You don't net a profit on shipping, and sure ebay saids offer free shipping!

I went down to my post and asked them for free shipping they told me *^%$#@$%^*

There is no free shipping! someone has to pay!

  • @MRWAYLAND yep, and then you have to pay the federal government another 30 percent taxes on the profit. Wink wink.

  • Why does the large flat rate box look so big compared to the ones i have used??

  • @awesometutorials101 That one was not folded up so it looked a little bigger. Im still looking for the priority mail box (not flat rate) thats that big for board games. TFW
