@psmt1234 Psychic ability (i.e. using the power of the warp) isn't something that you can just easily learn, ergo unless your regiment consists solely of Sanctioned Psykers (who'd likely have a lot of trouble fighting Chaos) you'd not all have psychic ability. Even if your planet did have an abnormally large amount of psykers per capita, they'd be taken in by the Inquisition and either fed to the Emperor, trained as Sanctioned Psykers and assigned as needed, etc.

The IG players are ussually troop spammers so, they just send them to die on the frontlines while they use their corpses to cover their tanks. If wasn't by the comissars, who make them hold the line, they would have already lost the war and the imperium would have been consumed by Chaos. Yet, no matter how many lines of man lie on our way from the Eye of Terror to Terra, Chaos expands and will find a hole to pass.

@psmt1234 Psychic ability (i.e. using the power of the warp) isn't something that you can just easily learn, ergo unless your regiment consists solely of Sanctioned Psykers (who'd likely have a lot of trouble fighting Chaos) you'd not all have psychic ability. Even if your planet did have an abnormally large amount of psykers per capita, they'd be taken in by the Inquisition and either fed to the Emperor, trained as Sanctioned Psykers and assigned as needed, etc.

the words in the description are clearly what the guardsmen do, They die standing. The IG players are ussually troop spammers so, they just send them to die on the frontlines while they use their corpses to cover their tanks. If wasn't by the comissars, who make them hold the line, they would have already lost the war and the imperium would have been consumed by Chaos. Yet, no matter how many lines of man lie on our way from the Eye of Terror to Terra, Chaos expands and will find a hole to pass.

@koviack I yet wish to see a loyalist mad enough to voluntary enter in the eye of terror. Even the strongest man will fear the warp. Everyday, more soldiers that lost hope on the emperor join us, everyday at least a single marine turns the back on the false emperor and joins us, you don't know it but we're more everytime. And shortly we'll arrive to Terra again.

@Scow2 and yet, there may be 100 new IG each day and a single chaos marine can take them out, Yet the imperium keeps expanding and when he does so he finds the planets it wishes to colonize are already colonized, devoured, tomb worlds or taken by the warp. Meanwhile the imperium wins a battle against 30 foes at the same time on a corner of the galaxy, they loose against a single foe in the other corner. Meanwhile the empire dies, the necrons are waking up and the tyranids are closing in.

Since they die all the same from artillery fires,traitor marines and tanks.
