  • I wish I was there...

  • I wish they had a video recording of Glastonbury 1986! I was there too and it was a first-time mind blowing experience with the Waterboys music filling the air magically.....and there must of been about 80,000 people out on the farm field....just lovely the Glastonbury experience. thankyou to all responsible for that!

  • Is there a proper video of them at Glastonbury?

  • Legend....

  • check him out doing this at a school assembly on an old piano and a guy on piccolo, cool as.

    its BuffOO post

  • I once told someone this song told the differnces between optimism and pessimism, how one person who tthinks they were so wise never really saw "the whole of the moon" that came with imagination and dreams, thus never really lived....was I right, or just my take on the song....?

  • I was there! Was at Glasto that year! Shame the people I was with were too stupid to apprectate the music

  • A great Scot. Pure genius.

  • I saw them blow the crowd away at glastonbury in 1989. sweltering weather, scrumpy & loads of 'weird folk' like the mutoid waste company.

  • Rank near? I'm still thinking rank above

  • Great 80's song in that ranks near the top of a great decade of music, Mike Scott still gets it done!!!

  • Its nice to see mike jigging around onstage without a guitar, it makes a pleasant change. He's a beautiful man.
