In our testing we never found a problem for the fish or wildlife. I had worried about that myself early on. Fish will swim up to the device out of curiosity I think and then just swim away slowly. The frequencies it emits are very targeted to algae cells. There are those I'm sure that wish it would deter muskrats and such but I've found no evidence of it affecting anything but algae.

Does this device effect other life forms at all? I know you said it was safe but I was wondering if it deters fish or other animals from the area?
