  • Amazing advice! Thankyou!

  • Thank you so much for this, I've just recently admitted to this and I am going to seek help from my doctor but I'm going to do your tips. Thank you so so much I believe that I can do it now.

  • H, that's wonderful news. Thanks so much for sharing. I'm so glad you are going to get the help you need.

  • Part of my problem is saying, " I'll let that day go." Because then I binge the rest of the day thinking that I will just start over the next day. I better say, "I'll let that minute go. " Awful, huh?

  • You are an absolutely amazing person, such an inspiration. Two years ago I was morbidly obese because of binge eating, and then because of the same insecurities I became bulemic and very underweight, because it meant I could still eat all the food I wanted but I would throw it all up.. Last year I decided I was dangerously unhealthy and I went to a doctor, now im healthily managing my weight and im so much more confident! If only I had seen this video two years ago :) xx

  • Hi, thanks so much for sharing. I'm so glad you are managing your relationship with food better now.

  • thank you so much for this video, you are a great person......THANK YOU again

  • i eat when im bored :( thats why im young and chubby.

  • I want to send u one word that means sooo much, "Thank-you" xoxo

  • Hi. I just want to thank you very much for posting this video (and part 1). I'm having a hard time right now handling my eating disorder (this week was really bad) but your video gave me a bit of hope. I'm going on a holiday tomorrow, so it's hard for me to say now "tomorrow I'm going to do better". But I'll try to just enjoy.... I'm hoping to get some professional help after my holidays, I really want to get over the binge eating. But for now - thank you very much for your support :-)

  • Hi, you are so very welcome. I am so glad to hear my video helped you. Enjoy your vacation and do some reflecting Vacations are a wonderful time to make decisions to make changes in your life. Thanks so much for sharing :o)

  • @YouTips4U My vacation was wonderful, it helped me a lot to think about things. I didn't even binge for 2weeks afterwards! But now it's turned bad again :-( I really thought I was 'cured'. I think some professional help is still necessary. The only problem is my mom. She doesn't understand... She says I should just act normal, handle the problem myself because only I can fix this. She's right about the last part, but I've been trying on my own for so long now... I feel lost.

  • I'm so glad you have a wonderful vacation and kudos for doing a great job for two weeks with your eating. It's very easy to fall back into bad habits, but you do have what it takes to deal with this issue. It's o.k. to ask for help. It's hard to go it alone and there are so many programs that can help you by providing the support you need with things get hard. You should consider weight watchers. They have a terrific support program and you can eat regular food and learn portion control.

  • @YouTips4U Thank you so much for replying so quickly and being so supportive. Indeed, those nasty bad habits aren't easy to get rid off. But I'm trying and I won't give up. It feels good to have someone believe in me :-) Tomorrow I can make the call to get an apointment with a professional. And I will, if not, this will keep coming back I think. Thank you so much for your tips, I will consider weight watchers.

  • I'm glad to help. You can do; you must believe in yourself. Weight watchers is a good one. I do think you will like it very much. My sister-in-law lost 65 pounds with their program and that was 10 years ago. She still looks fabulous and has kept every bit of it off. She is still a member and still goes for the support and weigh ins. She is an avid exerciser and looks amazing; like a different person. This will be your happy ending too some day. Please keep me posted on how you're doing.

  • thank you for being so honest and nonjudgemental.

  • I just wanted to thank you for all your videos. They are very informative and helpful. I am a 20 year old who suffered from depression for 6 years. Both my parents died when I was very young and I gained so much weight that I didnt realize how much weight I have gained until it became rediculous. I watch your videos continually everyday even if I had already seen them. I do it because it gives me that boost and motivation. Thank you and I hope you continue to post more videos. You are my hero :)

  • Hi, thanks so much for your kind words; it really means a lot to me that you find my videos helpful and motivating. That's why I'm doing this; so thank you again. I'm so sorry to hear that you suffered such a tragedy at such a young age. It's understandable that you would have post traumatic effects of this loss. It sounds like your grief may be getting better with time as you are now wanting to make a change in your life away from the depression. Kudos to you.

  • Take it slow and prepare for some setbacks along the way. No one goes straight up, but you will get their with commitment and hard work. You're parents would be so happy to know that you are taking care of your health and body. I'm a mom too, and we always want the best for our children and for them to be happy and healthy. So take care of yourself and I will keep posting videos to help keep you motivated. "You Can Make It Happen" for yourself so keep seeking it out, that's how you do it :o)

  • Absolutely love your tips!!! You are absolutely great!!! I bet you are a great mother too. I have just recently commeted to a new life style to loose weight, trying to do my best. Thanks for you tips, please keep doing what you do, cause its really helpful and different.

  • Thank You! :)

  • I love how nonjudgmental you are! You saw a problem and instead of judging the people, you try to help them and encourage them. I think that's amazing:)

  • Thank you so much for you lovely comment. I have always believed that a little encouragement can go a long way in changing someone's life for the better. We all need a little help sometimes and I'm so glad that I could offer mine :o)

  • Thank you. this was really good advice. i am not really overweight. i guess you could say i am average. but i just noticed that i eat a lot just because i am bored. and i have gained some weight. i dont want this to go any further. so thanks for the great advice =)

  • You are the sweetest, most inspiring woman!

  • I have a request please ? Could you please do a video to explain us what a proper healthy diet would be ? Like what should one have at breakfast, lunch and dinner and what amount of it ? What's healthy and what's not ? Lol I'd like to start eating healthy but I'm so lost ! Thank you =)

  • Hi, when you have time, please take a look at my Healthy Breakfast Video and my Portion Control video. I think you will find it helpful. I do have more to come on a healthy diet. Thanks for commenting.

  • You are so knowledgeable, i'm sure you hear this lots. What do you suggest for toning your body in regards to exercise? (How often, for how long? How many calories?)

    Thanks

  • Hi, for your overall body fitness, I suggest some type of cardio exercise. This is very important to burn excess fat and to keep you fit and your heart and lungs strong. You should do anything that gets your heart rate up. (running, walking briskly, cycling, exercise classes, etc. I also recommend weight training to sculpt and tone your body and of course, sit ups and abdominal work. Please check out some of my exercise videos when you have time, I think you will find them helpful.

  • ye good tips 5star. thank u xx

  • thank you for teaching me about the stretched stomach related to binging and how we can make our stomach smaller again by retraining ourselves to eat smaller and healthier meals.... thanks you soooooooo much! and thanks for the reminder of drinking water and thank you for teaching me about portion control in another video you made and for the first time I feel I can actually take advice from a thin person (you) because you taught me HOW to eat a healthy breakfast and lunch and dinner.
