  • this is my version of cream puffs, step 1. go to costco. step 2. buy a huge bag of pre made cream puffs. step 3. go home and eat them cold (even better when they r frozen)

  • @maarox123 this is for people who like to cook, if you don't like to bake/cook , doin't come here to say those lazy things

  • what can i use as a sub for the eggs?

  • @AnOrdinaryUKGirl A cock.

  • @mydikfeelslikecorn12 What's that supposed to mean?

  • the salt and sugar go in the flour mixture for anyone else who happens to be confused

  • Only 4 oh HELL NO NIGGA never i wasted over like 15 dollars at walmart for this shit

  • your flour mixture includes the Sugar and salt:)

  • Camera persons stupid . Didnt even show what it looks like in the pot .

  • I made this recipe but my puffs sort of "fell" can you please tell me the reason why? OTHER THAN TNAT LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS VIDEO. THANKS.

  • When do you add the salt and sugar?!! I tried this receipe and my puffs never rose. Also my mixture became too cooked in the bottom of the pot. Once it is boiling, do you still mix while at high heat.? Need to remake this video

  • if you dont have any baking paper.. what are the other options for substitution

  • How do u make the cream ? It didn't even tell

  • Hi I just made these in school today and they tasted better in my opinion! If yours tasted to eggy then u can read my recipe from the teacher ..

  • This video is crap, you can't even see the food he is cooking. Thumbs down. Why do cooking shows always think we want to see the chef instead of the food being cooked? I know what a human being looks like.

  • dude you dont need water

  • Does it matter wether you make the creme before you make the puffs or after you made the puffs?

  • here in germany we call cream puff "windbeutel" literally in english: " wind bag". Thats funny !

  • thumbs up if you noticed him say ' wind up ' a lot!

  • Hey i made these twice but they tasted too eggy! At first i thought i just messed them up but now what?

  • where does the salt go??

  • exactly how much butter is it

  • @mahalodotcom I made cheese puffs a couple times with the same choux pastry, but both times when I baked them at the same temperatures and times on this video, they sort of puffed up but were "concave"? underneath. Is it different because I added cheese and spices, or am I doing something wrong?

  • yAAAY thanks so much!! ^__^ I'm going to bake them! :)

  • my paste came out really soupy. how can i make it less watery??

  • @SHINeeBlingJonghyun add more flour!

  • @xoGIORGIxo i tried to add more flour but it just doesnt get pasty

  • ຄືຈະອອກມາດີກວ່າແອແຄ

  • They look so cute as little mounds when they were just piped out

  • Mmmm the cream puffs look so good

  • yay i love ceam puffs :)

  • @2001Rivera Yay !!!! Me tooooo !!!!!

  • I'd actually much rather watch an amateur video because the camera guy seriously doesn't have his shit together.

  • It would be great if the camera man knew to shoot the food and not the chef.

  • sweet

  • i really love those cream puffs i hungry brb going to the kitchen yum yum yyum

  • he said the same words when he made chocolate eclairs

  • i wanna try it so bad it looks yumm : b

  • i tried it.

it became pancakes instead of cream puffs :/

  • You put the milk, water, sugar, salt and butter all into the sauce pan on med heat. Bring the liquid to a boil. Take sauce pan off the heat and add flour to the pan and mix lightly until becomes a paste. Put it back onto the heat and mix well! Until the dough is easy to shake in the pan from side to side. Put your dough into a bowl and add your eggs one at a time until you achieve the right consistency. And that is basically how you make Pate a Choux!

  • who's the cameraman? he's a douchebag....

  • what tip did yo use to make the puffs

  • So the sugar and salt were already IN the flour when u put the flour in with the rest of the mixture?

So it starts of as the dry ingredients in one bowl and the liquids in the other first?

  • would've been better if he just licked >3< the extra cream instead, what a waste to just wipe it away!

  • Can I do this on a dark non stick cooking sheet? and If so, how much time do I have to bake them?

  • i want to know what kind of cream puff i ate. I remember the filling was cold, and it wasnt ice cream. It was creamy thick and cold tho. It was so good.

  • you wasted my ingredients!!

  • how do u make the cream to put inside these cream puffs? i watched it but im pretty sure i didnt see it. thx and this looks really good :)

  • small filming tip, let us see what goes on inside the pot! :) that and do you know how to make softer skinned cream puffs? (personally preferred)

  • amazing vid!! super helpful! except I completely forgot to sift the flour before I put it in! D: and in the end, they tasted great but completely deflated :(

  • when do you put the sugar and salt?

  • @EpikMoon add them in the flour and whisk that is why he reffered the flour as a mixture :D HOPE it helped

    -sam

  • @EpikMoon With the dry ingredients ;) you mix flour,salt,sugar :D

  • @EpikMoon In most recipes, you add it with the butter and water before heat.

  • @EpikMoon all of the dry ingredients (flour, sugar and salt) are mixed together; its what he refers to as the "flour mixture"

  • aww... When I baked the cream puffs, I thought it was 375 degrees OR 450 degrees not both! No wonder I had to raise the time for the 375 degrees.

  • I tried them and they turned out great!!Thanx Mahalo!

  • hey guys don't forget!! as soon as the cream puffs finish baking poke a tiny hole in the lower bottom, then let them chill for a while in the oven with the oven off and open. : )

  • Mmm i wanna bite of that!Eric's a cutie too :*

  • Mine turn out to be a disaster... Its not easy you know...bbut i ll try again

  • Thank you! I've tried this recipe today and it turns out very soft and nice!

  • make me hungry. 0;0

  • Does the type of flour matter? 00

  • Ummm if you have salted butter is it really neccessary to put an extra salt? D:

  • @RukiaKuchiki1555 but didnt they say the buter was unsalted?

  • @IchigoIchimori I noe but I dont have unsalted butter thats why i asked >.<

  • Would have been better if you had gotten an close-up shot of the dough cooking in the pot. Good video!

  • awww u r so handsome

  • lol the first part is so dam similar to the chocolate eclairs video did he memorised the scripts? :D

  • its kinda difficult for me to make the shape.

  • Awesome saucesum =) same dough recipe for eclairs!

  • i like to EAT creampuffs, thanks

  • i like to watch to make creampuff.thanks

  • Can we add vanilla extract for flavour?

  • @nimarocks1 Can't see why not - recipes are really just guidelines. If you see a way to make it more pleasing for yourself, never hesitate! =D

  • @nimarocks1 i'm sure vanilla would make it more awesome. it's good with almost any dessert lol xD (i never hold myself back with it really)

  • tres bien

  • Cool Vid, great idea.

I just bought a Cannon T2i in December and changed the firmware Magic Lantern. Once I got over the audio problems I've able to take some really nice video's.
