Tobi is energetic and funny which first in the series. @323brooks Your must not really understand the difference. MS have a limit to the amount of amaterasu and tskuyomi they can use, they also have a limit to the amount of time they can hold susanoo. EMS have no limit at all, The EMS does not increase the mangekyo sharingan's power but just takes away the limits it had before. That's what people don't seem to understand. Sasuke would win.
