I used to hate snakes too, but now I realize it's as pathetic as hating people of different culture and religion. The only devils on this earth are humans as no beast can match their obsessive hatred. I have a dog, snake, bird, frog, lizards and spiders living in my house and I love them all. I get upset when a cat tears my baby bird into shreds but I have no place to interfere as much as I want that cat to die. That cat has people who love it.

Yes it's sad that this is the way earth is, but humans have no right to choose who lives and who doesn't because they find one animal cuter. FYI Ferrel cats in Australia kill more lizards in their lifetime than several snakes, thus causing some lizards to become endangered but no one wants to kill cats because they are 'too cute'. :(
