Understanding Dental Sedation : Different Types of Sedation at the Dentist

Last time I went in I had to have about 5 shots (3 more than normal) of Novocain put in my gums. Not only did that not feel good, but then I actually still felt some of the work.

I'm going in on august to have some cavities filled, and I'm going to try Nitrous this time... Hope it works.

yeah, I had iv nitrous and four shots of novacain. they could have cut my face off and i wouldn't have cared. it was awesome.
