The so called singularity did not had to have all the mass of the universe and in fact it did not before the big bang. All it had was like 10 pounds in a special kind of black hole. The big bang was really just attracting gravity that become repulsive and it created space-time with negative energy. You can't have lots of something from nothing and so for every unit of space-time (-) at the same time matter-energy (+) was created. If you add everything you get about 10 pounds sum. that's all

The so called singularity did not had to have all the mass of the universe and in fact it did not before the big bang. All it had was like 10 pounds in a special kind of black hole. The big bang was really just attracting gravity that become repulsive and it created space-time with negative energy. You can't have lots of something from nothing and so for every unit of space-time (-) at the same time matter-energy (+) was created. If you add everything you get about 10 pounds sum. that's all

That's a scientific unknown, though there are a few different hypothesis on why we don't yet possess the technology to try and falsify them.
but simply because the cause is a scientific unknown does not mean it didn't happen.
Like gravity, we can observe gravity and we know it exists, but the cause of gravity is very complicated and for a large part another unknown. So because we don't yet know the cause does this mean your going to deny gravity as well ?

the big bang is just a theory for one thing. i would say it's true because astronomers are observing the red shift and it looks like everything is moving apart from an explosion that happened long ago. It's still exploding today hence why its red shifting. when it pops like a balloon it'll go the other way- blue shifting and cause the big crunch.
