did anyone have problem with the thermal pad on the back plate sweating greasy shit and soaking into the pcb ? i had to rma the card because now it will only run a x8 not x16 no matter what motherboard in put it on

How are you liking the Gtx 570? I just ordered the SOC Gtx 570 and will be using it with my i7-2600. I have never been into PC gaming before but I am hoping this will run Battlefield 3, In your experience would you think this would run that game ok?

@Ratjack IT WILL MONSTER THAT GAME OUT ON 1080P. SEVERAL OF MY FRIENDS ARE PLAYING BF3 N THEY HAVE 560i. THEY R GETTING AROUND 30-40FPS ON ULTRA SETTINGS. WHICH IS PRETTY GOOD. DONT BELIEVE THAT PEOPLE SAYIN U NEED 2 PAIR OF GTX 580 JUST PATHETIC ATTEMPT OF NVIDIA TO SELL THEIR PRODUCT MORE.

@Ratjack Well playing the beta I can tell you that one 570 is almost not enough. But if you turn down AA a bit you will be fine.

@TheSuperNebula I wouldn't know, if you find that when you are gaming your CPU usage is a higher percent then your GPU usage then overclock the CPU to reduce/eliminate your bottleneck.
