Ok, bass is obviously triggered (no offense meant, I know that many bands do it) but doesn't it sound like the Hi-Hat is triggered too? That open hi-hat sound, especially in the beginning, just doesn't sound natural at all

The hi hat sound is obviously not that realistic though, so either he is triggering it or he is using an electronic drum set (which may be the more likely cause of the hi hat sounding kinda mechanical). I meant just listen to the repeated open hi hat hits, it doesn't sound like a real hi hat.

@Aaaidn Weird how so many recon drums are not triggered. about 95% of metal/rock drummers have triggers EVEN IF THEY SAY THEY DONT. You can clearly hear it. A very easy way to tell the two apart is go put on a Sabbath or Zeppelin album and listen to the drums then go listen to any metal or rock band from about 87 up till today.
