wolvenblacktalon1 yes the license for this product is needed, because it is strong enough fireworks. But it can get without a license, unofficial (illegal). And how do you get to the U.S.?. I do not know.I think that it is distributed only in Europe.

@MultiSpeed2009 fishes do die of the boom... it produces a shockwave that kills the fishes, their veins just pop and get an internal bleeding and die... ive witnessed like 40 small fishes die of a la bomba in the water.. i dont really care tho... if so small surface takes that much fishes... it was like 1 square meter! haha :P

There are about 50 grams and the flash powder is composed of potassium perchlorate (KClO4) + pyrotechnic aluminum (Al) + titanium powder (Ti) and the whole is enclosed in a thick-walled paper tube.

Because I also come from Slovakia.

Can only buy a license for fireworks, but when you know how, so you buy it without a license.

75 mm DELOVA RANA costs € 5 to 6 and 50 mm is 4 to 5 €

Somewhat different type is produced in the Czech Republic

@wolvenblacktalon1 It's very difficult to get stuff like this in a complete firecracker in the USA. You'd be better off getting potassium perchlorate and flake aluminium powder to make your own flash powder. Besides, it's cheaper anyway.
