@ArrogantBastardX Actually it does exist you can either get a Gravity Lift Place it right under the skull and when you mid way blast the wall with something explosive Brute Shot Rocket Launcher etc. Or get one of those covenant weapon holding crates the one near the door (less time gets used) keep hitting it continuously and move it right under the skull then deploy the Gravity Lift On top of the crate O.O

@88snape u gota start frm the begining on normal hard or legenery if u do rally point alpha u wont find it or easy on the begining it will not be tere hope tis helps

ok u get the grav lift in the small building where u fight the scarab then proceed through untill u reach the area where the platforms are in a sloping narrow stairway then place the grav lift halfway down the first slope and jump over it to be propelled in the air towards the top 'shelf' lets call it (looks more like a row of shelves) the skull is there on the top shelf.

the silver skulls dont do much except for when you turn them on by pressing x in the campaign but when you collect all the gold and silver skulls you unlock armour, hayabusa armour, 7 skulls for the body 9 skulls for the shoulders all the skulls for the helmet

The cowbell skull is a silver skull you do not unlock an achievement for the cowbell skull because it one of the silver skulls as there are 4 silver skull in total and 9 gold skulls

so you unlock the skull when you go to campaign and press'x' and you can see the skull and turn the effect on and off.

I picked up the skull and didn't get a notification, but it still registered the pickup under the skulls list as well as granting Hyabusa armour. Check your skulls list to make sure you didn't overlook it.

Yeah that's right, you don't get an achievement cause it's a silver skull (Y)

go into it and there are gravity lifts on top of the aliens gun suppliers

OMG! This is by far the easiest way to get the skull. Just make sure the lift doesn't slide to the bottom of the ramp. It kinda has to end up in the middle of the ramp for you to make it. Thank you! Thank you!

cowbell skull is so painful though,cause in legendary,the brute's with the brute shot have good aim to start with,and with a bigger boom,they are over the top. I had a hard time already on the last part of tsavo highway on legendary because of that,lol.

You have to play at least on normal, heroic or legendary, and you have to play from the very beginning of the level.

After you defeat the scarab, get the lift from the building in the middle of the desert where you beat the scarab (BEFORE you enter the building where you meet Arbiter and the skull). There's 3 lifts there. :)
