If you really want to get rid of it go to windows then system 32 then scroll to the the o's. You then scrool till you find 3 things beginning with oga when you hover over them they should say office genuine advantage as the decription thing. Delete all 3 of these files and it will no longer pop up.
@lordtwentyman wow nice. your paragraph is more usful than that vid. everyone give it a thumbs up so others can use it if the tutorial doesnt work for them.
@lordtwentyman thank you so much!!! I actually had to do both options before it finally took. But that's ok. Question: Does this mean that Microsoft is still being notified but I'm not being told anymore?
@gisgradstudent It means the program has completely gone so no they shouldn't be notified plus it dosn't matter anyway because they knew before you deleted the program and they didn't block the software so I doubt they ever will :)

this helped initiate the resolve on my winXP...THX AZIZ...I read comments and was able to fully disable popup notification by renaming OGA files in windows/system32 folder (as described by @alokdand - THX!)
tnx bro., it work.,., guys.,if you want to remove the wgatray exe. on your computer., DO NOT USE YOUR RECYCLE BIN.,., use some of your utilities application., like tuneup shredder in tuneup utilities.,.,
Hey I tried doing the steps mentioned by you but the thing got installed again. I finally googled for it more and found out the way to atleast disable it. I renamed the OGAAddin.dll and OGAAddin.exe files which served the purpose...Anyway thanks for your help...
How come I can't see this process running in my Task Manager (some says need to terminate the process)? A lot OGAAdin.dll.mui in various subfolders, do I delete them as well? Need to change the registry?

ANOTHER OPTION:
Go to Start >> Run >> Type regedit in the box and hit Enter
Navigate to the following key paths and remove these registry keys completely.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Word\Addins
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Excel\Addins
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Powerpoint\Addins
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins
Delete the OGAAddin.connect registry value from above paths
BOOM!!

Remove OGAVerify.exe n OGAAddin.dll.
To properly uninstall, search for OGANotifier.cab, extract out OGANotifier.msi using WinRAR. Right click on OGANotifier.msi, and select Uninstall.

go to system32 and search for "ogaaddin" and delete all results. Bam!
