one tip, do NOT go with wights on this mission. EVen though you can wtfsteamroll through everything with Nosferat and 5x wight/death, it doenst work here. Found that out the hard way.

my strategy with the undead: 2 fighter units (3 if i chose mage) two vampires (or elder vampires) and one shade. this way i leveled every capital in the campaign, even their guardians!

@Rykanable nope, the source of poison that Gallean's Beast uses is LIFE, not death :] You can see it clearly at 2:23 ;]

@xxlCortez Yeah, that ought to be a bug, cause Undead are immune to "Death" damage, and poison is "Death" damage.

Pretty good one. Undead hordes offer not too much in combinations with squad. The first problem is that you choose a Death Knight as a leader. I would take Nosferatu with some archliches/vampires just because death does single target damage which in some situations sucks pretty bad.

Depends what you fight. IF you are expecting to fight a big scary creature (like a capital guardian or such), single-target attack with poison is not too shabby. Plus, against Empire, Deaths own so bad it's not even funny.

But really big battles are won by buffs and debuffs anyway, so I guess a general purpose, Nosferatu-2*Phantom Warrior-{3 Elder Vampires|3 Archlich} would do ok. Yes, with the Nosferatu in the front line. With artefacts etc you can get 90 armour.

lol? So where should i put my fighters? In second line? Or should i be playing with 5 death units - and be destroyed by first party which contains few stronger mages or dragons? btw if u don't know this is high-level campaign...
