The episode told the story as though a pervert from Birmingham Alabama was on his treadmill and watching his neighbor wash her car. He hung himself when the drawstring of his jacket caught on the cup holder and he slipped.

In real life, the victim was a 4 year old girl. No perversion included. She legitimately and tragically hung herself.
