nice advice for general fitnes, but where are the intervals? that was just a very fast paced workout. very good for someone trying to start working out tho. just a tip, when you did the shoulder presses at the beginning, dont let your arms fall below 90 degrees. otherwise you could injure your rotator cuffs. nice job on the vid. more people need to be like you and show others it doesnt need to be an expensive or time consuming hobby.
thats called circuit training........interval training is a period of easy exercise followed by a period of very intense exercise then back to the easy (and so on) with no breaks
thats called circiut traning........interval training is a period of easy exercise followed by a period of very intense exercise then back to the easy (and so on) with no breaks
Hey Scott ... great video thanks ... I have been loving your Unstoppable Fat Loss Audios my friend ... keeping me highly motivated. Check out my 6 week progress results
these are good excercises for those of us who let ourselves go and became couch potatoes. Hey readers, if you want body mass and ripped results then goto "Beachbody PX90". For those of us in bad shape this is a good start. Thanks Fitbastard, for your vids. It's more useful than being told here.
I can't complain because atleast you're working out, unlike 90% of the population.
But I will say this, you should up the anti to get better results. You're working out at grandma speed. Plus get rid of the isolation exercises, especially bicep curls. Start doing chinups and real men exercises. Save bicep curls and whatever for a finisher to the workout. But hey each to their own.
Interval training was never meant to focus on gining muscular mass anyway. It is far more concerned with building stamina and endurance, which is an important grounding for any other further training, even body building. It's called interval training because it incorporates a variety of different intense exercises, thus really challenging the extent of you endurance! It's a great video I think.
Thanks for your input. You got the purpose of the video which was to share ideas of how you can go about incorporating different things into your program.
I don't claim that this program will pack on loads of muscle. It is great for burning fat and any serious bodybuilder that I've seen try it has fallen flat on their face before it was done.
You'll see the cat and my kids pop in the videos from time to time. Just trying to keep it real.
Hitman How long have you been using htis protocol. You look like you came from auschwitz, You need to get edcuated, and not post this trash for others to follow in your delusion.

wrong, interval training involves rest/
usually hard period followed by a short rest
WildDanHibiki 4 years ago
i think what danv meant was 'easy' being the rest, on interval training, u do not stop completely, u take a 'rest' by slowing down considerably.
