I don't know why but nowadays rendering a human animation makes it feel kinda rubberish... The best I've seen so far (with more emotion and less plastic to the point of creepy realism) were the real time animation scenes in Heavenly Sword, but even so, when more "impossible" things were going on the carracters would loose fluidity and end up looking like dolls again.

Try updating your drivers man i have the same card but 2 gig ocz gold ddr2 800mhz, and a c2d e6700 i get great frames smooth as silk in the demo. same g- gard 8800 gtx.
