usually found at the internet but I was so wrong.

What I did was I tried it myself and after 2wks

on training, I was so amazed cause my abs was

visible now. Couldnt be more happy. :)) Anyway,

yuou mispelled the site name. It should be:

  • hahaaha that vid was awesome. If any of you need some exercise help. I highly recommend checking out mycustomfitnessprogram/com. They customize exercise programs for people with any lvl of fitness experience. Plus they have lifetime email support. Helped me out. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get in shape.

    replace the (/) with a ( . )

  • Awesome thanks!

  • When I Plank I mainly feel strain in my arms instead of my abs. Am I doing something wrong?

  • He's a good coach. The mental imagery he evokes --- e.g.,"Tuck under your belly button" --- really help[s.

  • uhmm I need to ask something many people probably laugh but here it goes, I never do other exercise (only walking) I never play basketball because my doctor wont let me too because I have asthma, but right now I want to do exercise and lose belly fat any tips on what exercise should I do?? I really want to lose this belly fat, thanks in advance

  • I just wanted to say thank you for posting this video. In the past week i've been adding these exercises 5 days a week. I've just started into my second week and I've lost 7 lbs allready and I feel much stronger. I've went into adding more exercises to this routine including push-ups, sit ups, and bicycle kicks.

I've gotten to where now on this second week- i'm doing this routine twice in a row. Maybe 3 next week.

  • @op2kalilluzions just have to make sure that you dont over train. If you do to much then your body will shut its self down. Good luck, stay fit.

  • @littleredwagonEP i have found that allready, i've added in jogging a mile twice a week and alternate, working out 3 times a week. my routine starts out now 20 pushups, 20 crunchs, 20 cross crunchs, 10 sit ups, 60 second side planks, 60 second regular planks, 20 reverse crunchs, 2-45 second bicycle kicks and 20 mountain climbers plus the rest of these exercises in this video. Im working on getting a pull up bar so i can add that in.

    Next summer should be great!

  • Oh hai! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (should be on google have a look)? Ive heard some decent things about it and my BF got great 6 pack abs and lost a lot of belly fat with it.

  • I call this "Ab exercises for dummies" :) Thanks for the tips, I need all the help I can get.

  • dude is this okay i jog around a foot ball fild then push up 40 times is this okay

but i dont smoke i dont drink

  • My trick in losing my "Mom pooch"... three 20min intervals of Cardio, followed by 20min. intervals of core training, totaling 1hr. 40mins... I dropped 45lbs., lost the pooch, and a lot of unwanted baby-weight. Just thought I'd share my secret!

  • if you really want to lose that belly jump up do burpes eat healthy and do weights thats how my belly melted away, takes 6months to burn off and yes i ate fatty food in the weekends hehe

  • @Everyone talking about losing fat in the stomach. Gaining muscle will tighten your skin and help spread the fat out more (making it appear less). But lifting weights and doing stuff like this video isn't enough on it's own. Also you CANNOT "target" specific areas of fat. You body choses which fat deposits to utilize and you have no control over that.

I suggest doing some cardio AND eating a little less. Eat only 3/4th of what you normally would at each meal. You will lose fat and weight.

  • @jordankrainer decreasing your meals is a bad idea, I agree with the Cardio but you should still eat a healthy amount, just eat the right foods. By the right foods I mean vegetables.

  • @tripleMmagic I'm not suggesting to starve yourself. If you are eating 4000 calories of crappy food you could eat 2000 calories of crappy food and lose weight.

I ate way too much in general and was way over suggest calories for my height. I really don't see what's wrong with staying at the suggest calorie number. Obviously eating healthy foods is better.

  • Thanks for this video! I am 5' 8" and used to weigh around 170 at my highest during my Junior year in High School. I'm down to 135 pounds now purely through just eating less across the board. (Instead of eating 4 slices of pizza I eat 2). I restrict quantity not type of food.

I have little to no muscles and now that I'm satisfied with my weight I want to gain muscle. My abs seem to be the worst because I literally cannot do a single curl-up. I will try this video out and keep you updated!

  • 10 people are retard

  • thank you so much! I did this @ the gym today

  • @koolnpink69 - Gym? What's a gym?

  • thank you for the video. very informative and detailed for a beginner

  • I saw someone post that core training does not remove belly fat. While that may be true the more muscle you have the more calories your body burns. Also it would spread the fat thinner through a larger area so it doesn't look as bad. Anyways. This vid is chock full of good advise.

  • @reverandrav - It doesn't remove fat to any degree worth considering. What is does do is allow you to do weight train without herniated discs in your spine etc. You do this first so that you can deadlift, squat etc without fucking yourself up.

  • ready to get rid of my stomach fat quick. maybe this will help.

  • Thanks for the Video, I will try these out and see how it goes!

  • i can do it hopefully bye fat hello slim me :D

  • Squeeze the cheeks!

  • Really like all these exercises and I have been using these one for years.

  • i couldn,t imagin a 1000 dollar bill ... so i just put 1 in

  • I used to be an athlete but years of marriage and kids and bad habits have caused me to gain a lot of weight. Should I start with this video or some of your other videos, I haven't exercised in years but I still feel strong. I'm just really out of shape.

  • i'm not overweight and have been active but i can't even get off the floor at 5:16. it's like nothing engages. wth?

  • No, there's some good stuff here. I have a couple clients that depend on a few of these examples due to physical challenges they have.

  • Perfect, Just what I need to get started. Thanks!

  • U make it look so easy...

  • I love the way he says "workout" :)

  • Thanks! I cant wait to try.

  • Who needs a six pack when you can have a keg?

  • DON'T DROP THE 1000$ BILL!! AHHHH =)

  • What am I doing wrong if I do the plank and my arms start to hurt

  • 7 people failed because they don't have confidence and the balls to do it

  • @salsa101 unless u wanna remain the fat fuck u r I suggest u keep doin the exercises. feelin alil pain after workin out, yea that GOTTA be strange right. u sound like a lazy wet back.

  • lol guys dont try and put money between ur butt rofl

  • I'm really out of shape and always been afraid to workout my abs because after I tried to do crunches a couple times, I experienced excruciating pain in my abdominal area each time. Eventually the pain would away, but it was like I had pulled something. Ever since then I just stayed away from any sort of ab work out. Is this exercise perfect for someone like me, or is there another one that has even less impact?

  • @salsa101 that pain is good that means ur workout paid off ur abs are getting stronger

  • @XxmisteristxX OOOoh! good one. I don't need this workout.. I can just read your hilarious material and bust a gut laughing.

  • 2 weeks and my 4 pack is visible now =]]]

  • How long do we need to do to see the result????

  • Is this really efficient??? How long do we need to do???

  • @kennytan94 whenever you feel your strong enough to go for the next level

  • todays work-oot.

  • You've worked with Stu McGill haven't you. The glut max activation activity is not an easy one for a lot of athletes... I think Stu called it "Gluteal Amnesia". This guy knows what he's talking about. Follow his beginner stuff and you won't hurt your back i.e. don't do crunches and sit ups because the force that sit-ups and crunches creates is greater than the tissue's threshold and overtime you will actually damage your back! Great stuff.

  • you talk way to much

  • @summertimefairy1973 I agree....at least he's fast but I would like to see the exercise sooner.

  • @summertimefairy1973 better than too less and the people who want to work with this workout make their status more bad then better with back problems or shoulder problems!

  • @MrFelzi cry to some one who cares cause i dont..... my opinion enough said!

  • thanksm apreciate the post :)

  • How long do you do these before moving into exercises?

  • hi i dont know if its free but can you messege me a little eating manual and what to stay away from thanks im not asking for alot just a bit of an eating manual

  • Will this help to get abs like if i do this will i get abs, cause this looks alot easyer then most ab workouts, so will it get me abs

  • crunches woudlnt be good for begginiers?

  • this does nothing. cant even feel it.

  • im only 13 lol nd i want atleast a 4pack until gr.9 can i do this??

  • this was helpful

  • 6:37 Gives new meaning to the term "filthy rich." Remind me to never touch one of your thousand dollar bills. Nice video by the way. Very helpful.

  • like the acsent

  • This is great, simple with good demonstrations. Thank you!

  • I love it, I'm gonna do it tomorrow because I did my biceps and chest today (weights)

  • Clear, simple, concise. Just what a beginner needs.A+

  • I highly appreciate this video because he spoke about exactly what many of us experience when starting a gym for the first time. Specially busy professionals like myself. Sitting all the time, going to gym either first time or after years, sports injury in past, back bone / leg pain every now and then, decreased blood flow and serious mood most of the time. So full marks and appreciation to his trainer. Many thanks. Its a very calculated and precise advice.

  • Thank you so much!!

    This is great!!

    :)

  • Great tip with abdominal bracing. Thanks for the clear, specific information.

  • Solid advice. You're info is accurate and easily demonstrated.

  • hes given really good advice, ive just started exercising and everytime i do sit ups my neck and back really hurts. this has helped me to build up my core strength.

  • since when does body size equate to knowledge and understanding of progressive fitness instruction. ever heard of a doctor who is sick...woo woo now, a doctor sick, must not be a good doctor, wrong. keep you personal and laimo comments to yourself.

  • haha "Lame-o comments", great line.

  • good bye belly fat, hello six pack....

    i can do it

  • @erikerik666 People like you that are determine to change their life style habits are strong people. You should be proud of yourself

  • @erikerik666 Ab workouts do not remove belly fat. Sorry

  • @huckster699 so what, zero fat diet?

  • @Ebisaacs1 I think drink a lot of water and do cardio. Does not matter how big your abs get if there is a layer of fat over them.

  • @erikerik666 Got that sixpack allready?

  • @erikerik666 You need to do cardio to lose stomach fat. It is a common myth that ab exercises will make you lose body fat. There is no such thing as spot fat removal. Stomach exercises will make you pack on stomach muscle but will not get rid of the fat. Do cardio to lose fat all over your body.

  • Thanks :D

  • he talks too much.boo

  • Thanks you.You have to start somewhere. Let's see where this gets me.

  • I like this and he seems like a good teacher. Glad I found this video!

  • Thanks a bunch for this video.

  • Good stuff man...but was that your spine at 2:35? LOL
