  • @TimelessCoconut Lots of PRACTICE. As a Chef Instructor I have taught thousands to cut like this. Many cut a finger tip, I often say "If you loose a finger, that's Ok, you have 9 more, try to be a bit more careful"

  • HIS KNIFE SKILLS ARE AMAZING BUT THIS WAS GREATLY ACHIEVE BECAUSE OF HIS SHARP KNIFE!! TRY DOING IT WITH A DULL NICE =)
