if you watch jason. he will tell you to catch the ball like your catching a raw egg. so allow a little slack. dont let it slap your hands. and dont look at the balls look into the air where you are throwing them.this improves your hand eye co-ordination which is what you need to be a good juggler!

Thanks for the good guide, learned to make 30 throws/catches by training for 1 hour by watching this video. The only thing i make different is that i start throwing with my non-dominant hand, but that doesnt really make a difference.

I got it!! It just takes good hand eye coordination. Grabbed a few oranges out of the fridge and after about an hour of practicing I could make it up to 5 throws! ...not every time, (usually drop after 3) but I think with a couple days practice I'll get the hang of it. Thanks for the video! :)
