  • you aint got a clue. Yes you do lose alot of weight from water loss, but a sauna suit increases body temperature and training with an increased body temperature is proven to increase the amount of calories being burned in comparison to at a lower body temperature during the same physical activity

  • @samthehill even if what you say is true, i'm going by personal experience. I used to wrestle and cut weight all the time. what I noticed was that I would actually burn more calories working out in shorts and a t-shirt than with a rubber suit simply for the fact that the suit made me too hot, hence I wouldn't workout as hard due to heat exhaustion. any extra calories burned at a higher temp according to you would be offset by me busting my tail harder in non restrictive clothes

  • @sanitary103 its not concerning your personal experience, the fact remains that an individual will burn more calories at an increased body temperature, when your original statement was saying that all you lose is water. Of course a sauna suit will make it harder to train, but we are talking in terms of training to lose body fat, not improve fitness and there is an obvious difference.

  • @samthehill you are correct about individuals burning more bf in higher temps; I should have said that in the video. the main reason I did this video was that I didn't want people to get lured into seeing huge #'s lost from a suit when a ton of it is water weight. in addition, for the science to match, a person would have to sustain a level of intensity for quite some time at hotter temps to receive the increased benefits of more bf lost; something most normal people cannot.

  • Now Im no fitness expert, but I use this method when detoxing. Going a week or so on a strict diet, drinking green tea, certain juices and taking vitamins including b3. Wearing a sauna suit during a workout along with the other practices help sweat out toxins and urinate the rest out. A full body flush that makes you feel great.

  • yes they do work if you want to sweat like sh*t. the only thing with sauna suits is if you use it you damn well better be taking oxy elite pro or some weight loss pill that is guarantee to work with exercise. thats the only way it will work.

  • @TheTikiboi a sauna/rubber suit will work even if you don't use a weight loss pill. actually, using a weight loss pill in addition to a suit is even more dangerous. you're burning calories no doubt but a lot of the weight lost is simply water weight which will be put right back on once hydrated. the only thing good about these suits is if you want to warm up quicker which is often needed in colder are climates prior to exercise. thanks for viewing

  • I have never heard of a sauna suit before actually.
