  • this is my next concert.. i hope to sing it good as well :D

  • what i love about pollini is that he always sings along with what he's playing. i first noticed it when i first listened to his beethoven piano concertos, also with the bpo and abbado. i noticed it again when listening to the whole performance of this piece...

  • Bravo! for Abbado and the Berliner Philarmoniker.

  • The one piece which shows Beethovens God given ability to compose great music for orchestra, piano, and chorus...all in one. Should be performed more often.

  • Simply...perfect! What strength and emotion in this finale!

  • my birthday present when i was 20 ^^

  • my birthday present when i was 20th ^^

  • Wonderful! And I love the tenor.

  • I actually enjoy the "jumping" thing as long as the piece is up to such a level of passion, but it is off course in terms of feeling the music not in terms of giving a show

  • No offence to maestro Beethoven, but compared to 9th symphony this work is relatively simple in structure. Over-conducting is actually not appropriate.

The two climaxes are not the chords of the key (C major). Isn't it an innovative design?

  • I love how he's so relaxed conducting. No extravagant moves, no jumping around the stage. As it should be. :D

  • Nice !

  • Splendid!!!

  • EXCELENTE Y EMOCIONANTE *****

  • great. from Sendai in Japan.
