But the Germans only took it back - they did not expell or kill the whole population, like the Polish terrorists did in 1945.

My buddy whose father was born in Breslau went back memory line with his son who leaves in Canada right now. They stop in Germany first and drove to Poland and straight to Wroclaw to show his boys were his dad's 'playgrounds'. He was astonished with beauty of woman in Wroclaw. His female German cousins were pissed when he was commenting on beauty of Polish woman. The matter of fact is Germany is a country with serious obesity issues and not so good looking woman.

Ich finde es gut daß Wroclaw (De: Breslau) nicht mehr Deutschland gehört nach dem 2. Weltkrieg. Schade für die Vertriebenen aber es ist nun mal halt so. Deutschland und Polen können überhaupt nichts dafür daß 2 kranke Systeme (Nazismus und Stalinismus) die ganze Stadt zerstört haben. Polen hat diese Stadt neuaufgebaut. I saw a documentation in TV about prussian noble families which repurchased their old property in Silesia, etc. It is now like 800 years ago when German knights came to the slavic areas and began to cultivate the country. W swoim życiu (we Wrocku) przyznam widziałem wiele firm deweloperskich ale szczerze nie sądze by to byli tylko niemcy hahaha. Widziałem Holendrów, i szczerze to było ich sporo, masa firm polskich ale mniejsza z tym, do czego zmierzam - było ich sporo i nie sądze by było ich na tyle, że przeważyłoby szale na tyle, żeby mówić o niemcach odbudowujących Wrocław haha

Zapomniałeś, że skoro ja mówie, że mam argument że Wrocław nie jest odbudowany przez Niemców nie oznacza, że od razu uważam że od zawsze był Niemiecki a polacy to w ogole wojne wygrali itp. My grandmother was never in Berlin and she got her food from the Americans. If all hate the Germans, and if all what we have done is so terrible why do Poles and Russians work on our potatoe fields or do jobs what Germans don't like to do. The difference between 1941 and 2011 is only that the Poles/Russian don't have a sticker with "OST" on their clothes and get some Cents. But the Slavs work for Germans like in 1900 oder 1940 and not the Germans for Slavs.

Wroclaw - Breslau was originally polish if you look at european maps dating back to year 966, however the city does have German, Czech and Polish history.

Im Jahr 1261 erhielt Breslau die Stadtrechte nach dem Magdeburger Stadtrecht. Seit dem Jahr 1266 ist der Name Breslau beurkundet. Danach entwickelte sich die Stadt Breslau zur groessten und reichsten Stadt Ostdeutschlands und zu einer der groessten Staedte Deutschlands ueberhaupt.

My buddy whose father was born in Breslau went back memory line with his son who leaves in Canada right now. They stop in Germany first and drove to Poland and straight to Wroclaw to show his boys were his dad's 'playgrounds'. He was astonished with beauty of woman in Wroclaw. His female German cousins were pissed when he was commenting on beauty of Polish woman. The matter of fact is Germany is a country with serious obesity issues and not so good looking woman.
