does arceus really have the best stats i mean like mewto has a max IV'ed Sp.Atk of 447 and has speed better than arceus then how can arceus be most powerful like oak said in the first game doing damage to the opponent is a key strategy in battle and arceus has a losy Sp.Atk as compared to mewtwo then how can it be BEST :X pkmn is confusing

@TheFunnyGuy365 they released this eventin 2009 i have got my arceus through a Toys R us event but the only drawback is it comes at level 100 with certain move sets (i dont remember which)and it cant be obtained shiny :X

-First obtain the Mistery Gift (azure flute)

-Go to Mt.Coronet [where you were catching Dialga/Palkia

-When you reach it it will say something about the azure flute say "YES"

-It wil start a melody and then is will apear a stairway (really cool)
