I've had mine just a year and bought it because of the GPS, TV, and MP3 player.

Sprint moved Fox News to a premium service which infuriated me which tainted my opinion of Sprint.

Second, the Instinct began to lock up and took forever to do certain functions. Example: GPS tells me the signal is weak (blue sky with phone on the dashboard), announces I'm off track when I first turn the GPS on. If I miss a turn, it announces I'm 'off track' again and will not respond again for several minutes.

i have the instinct, its great. i was PLANNING on buying the iphone until I was told by AT&T not to. They said it's good, but you can't insurance on it so if you drop your phone and it breaks, your screwed unless you want to spend another 200-500 dollars.

The instinct doesn't have WIFI but it does have internet, everywhere .I use the internet at school, at restaurants, wherever.

Wifi is wireless interent you find in libraries, Internet cafes, and home networks. It's really cool and it let's me use the Internet on my iPod touch and on my laptop wirelessly

It's a good phone IMO. It was kinda buggy when it first came, but it's on it's 5th update and works a lot better. You load Opera Mini on it now and it's like 20x better than the web browser that comes with the phone. Plus they added AIM, MSN and Yahoo messenger to it with a free download at the Sprint Store. I just wish you could customize the UI at least a little.

No they gave you two batteries cuz you can charge the battery without having to place it in the phone

cuz i have one so i know lol the battery lasts pretty long if you dont use internet internet and gps sound drains the battery REALLY fast

ALSO I have notice that Samsung has terrible battery performance in most of their stuff.. I love SANYO! Always have used it. (the battery on Sanyo are superb on the model I had.)

typing on it is a pain

battery is no good at all

froze many times

live tv is not good

videos are choppy

if you do a lot of web and video you will go thru both batteries in less than 20 hours... Horrible.

So my only mayor problem is the battery and hope that it wont freeze again.

I like mine. AT&T coverage sux in Atlanta, and Verizon's version doesn't have 'Live' TV. I like the phone and my favorite feature is being able to watch TV on the bus to work everyday.

The camera isn't bad as long as there's plenty of light.

The touch screen isn't as intuitive as the iPhone but it works pretty well.

I walked out of Radio Shack with a new Instinct paying $158. There was small fee plus tax. I think the Sprint Store makes you wait for a rebate, but Best Buy and Radio Shack do not. It's a great deal for what you pay. Nothing else comes close to $150 out the door for a phone like with $99 a month for unlimited voice, text, GPS, TV, Radio and data.

I think its a very good phone, good looking phone, if you liked the moguls keyboard, you wont be disappointed with the Instincts touch keyboard. it is very responsive and it vibrates each time you touch something, so it actually feels like you are touching something overall I like it a lot. some things can be improved though. one little thing I have is with the music player that if your ID3 tags are to large the instinct won't render them and will just toss it out.but thats not really a big deal

I actually have the Mogul, which I am currently selling and now have the Instinct. One thing I will miss about the Mogul is the constant lag with Windows Mobile 6 lol...but seriously I will miss the wi fi...that is about it. the instinct is way more straight forward, not confusing like the windows mobile. you can actually send mms as well instead of using a third party application to go through sprint picture mail's website. it is sprint tv enabled but it can be improved and it probably will
