The same site also admits, that Obama's citizenship status was governed by The British Nationality Act of 1948.
Unfortunately to be a president of the USA, the president Obama must be a "natural born" citizen and it is the case ONLY IF the following 2 conditions are met:
1) Obama must be an American who was born in the USA. The FULL birth certificate is needed to prove that.
2) BOTH parents of Obama must be American. His father was NOT American and his adopted father was Indonesian.
Therefore, even his birth certificate is not relevant in Obama's case because condition 2 is not met!!

Unfortunately to be a president of the USA, the president Obama must be a "natural born" citizen and it is the case ONLY IF the following 2 conditions are met:
1) Obama must be an American who was born in the USA. The FULL birth certificate is needed to prove that.
2) BOTH parents of Obama must be American. His father was NOT American and his adopted father was Indonesian.
Therefore, even his birth certificate is not relevant in Obama's case because condition 2 is not met!!

Obama's father was NOT a US citizen, and because of this, he is NOT a natural born US citizen and he is NOT legally eligible for the Office of President. Well they tossed Donofrio's case from NJ, but, there are more lining up. The CT case is on the SCOTUS docket for Dec 12, and there are more behind it. There is one in Washington State, which does not have a "standing" issue. Any voter can question a candidate according to that State's law, and the Secretary of State has already admitted to not checking Obama's citizenship or even his verifing his legal name, and blamed the DNC. If he gets in, this will follow him though his entire term.

Just for the record, the document is not a birth certificate, but a Certification of Live Birth, but I believe it is a fake. Why not show the Certificate Number? That number can be directly traced to the person whose certificate it is. The number needs to be released. I absolutely despise Sen. McCain, but am suspicious as to why HE did not bring this up. In Hawaii state, parents can register genuine Birth Certifice for their foreign born child or even for Illegal immigrant. Did DOH staff mention that the COLB posted on Obama's website was genuine too? Why couldn't they verify which hospital in Hawaii Obama was born? (alleged he was born in two hospitals) Did they say anything about what's happened after Obama became an Indonesian citizen? If Obama can post his birth certificate on his website, why can't he produce one to the court?

Yes, It is all over the news that the Certificate in the vault in Hawaii is real. The question is, what does it say? Birth Certificates are not public records in Hawaii, so it is Illegal for the Governor or anyone else to reveal what it says. Berg filed an appeal in Third Circuit Court and again Friday, both Obama and the DNC have asked for a dismissal. Obama could present this document to the Court, but he still refuses to do this. Why? Who in their right mind would do that?

Going to the vault is the ultimate proof. I had a similar situation when looking for original car ownership documents via DMV. What I was looking for wasn't in their computers. So I paid $20 to DMV in Sacramento Ca. to dig for the original documents in their vaulted files that was microfisch copied. Guess what, what I was looking for was there!

The Constitution of the United States says that the President must be a natural born citizen. Therefore, if we care about the Constitution, we do not have the right to elect someone who is not a natural born citizen. So, if Obama refuses to prove that he is qualified, we must assume that he is not. Every American who does vote has a constitutional duty to vote against him. A vote for him, is a vote against the Constitution.

Obama's mother is dead, and when she married Obama's stepfather in 1967, both his mother and Obama, became citizens of Indonesia. Obama has never offered proof that he was born in Hawaii. It is a matter of fact, he has actually refused to do so. If Obama was not born in Hawaii, the immigration laws at the time required his mother to have lived in the USA for 10 years and 5 of those years had to be after the age of 14. She was only 18 when he was born, so she could not pass citizenship onto him.

First, this is not "crap". Obama has refused to provide any proof that he was born in Hawaii, to the Court. Although rumours were around for months, Obama did not post his COLB until June. When I became aware of the problems with it, I made a video about it on June 30. I was contacted by someone, claiming to be from Berg's office on July 25th. He filed his lawsuit on August 21st. Even if Berg learned of this in June, 2 month prep work on a case is not that unusual.

There are many videos out there now claiming that Janice has certifided Obama's COLB, authentic. This is not true. In an article on Politifact dated June 27th, at first we read -Its a valid Hawaii state birth certificate spokesman Janice Okubo told us. However, further down the page Janice Okubo stated I dont know that its possible for us to even say beyond a doubt what the image on the site represents. The truth is you cannot validate a document by looking at a photo or a Jpeg.

This cases was dismissed. The Judge claimed that we as voters do not have the legal standing to bring this suit before the court. Berg is now going to appeal to the Supreme Court. There are other lawsuits on file in 8 different states. If we the people do not have legal standing, then who does? The fact remains that Obama, refused to provide any proof to the Court, that he is a natural born citizen. Why? More than likely because he can not.

Unfortunately the Berg vs. Obama lawsuit was dismissed by a PA. judge, but Berg will appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court. It seems the judge feels that Philip Berg has no right to sue Obama, which means the American People have no right to make sure Obama is actually a natural born citizen. The only thing left to do is make sure he doesn't get voted in. The American People still have the right to vote.

He admits to going to school in Indonesia, which you had to be a citizen of the country to do, at that time. Bottom line would be, he gave up U.S. citizenship to become a citizen of Indonesia. He had not other choice, if he wanted to attend school there.

Nobama needs to show proof of his citizenship, and should be prosecuted for presenting forged documents. He has misled, and lied to all of his sheep. Unfortunately they don't care. They just want him because he will assure the working class supports the lazy.
