for better quality you can get a 1/4" splitter. run on into ur headphones and then get an 1/4" to 1/8" adapter run that from ur other port to your mic input on ur laptop and record directly intoa program. Audacity is a free one i could suggest and you can match it with windows movie maker

Keyboards have multiple uses, and you can't even spell acoustic. What hope do you have of knowing the differences?

Electric drum kits are basically oversized drum pads and keyboards and synths have totally different uses than pianos.
