I wonder why the TTC won't get these bigger buses especially with the issue of overcrowding

For VIVA/YRT, VIVA buses use the automated automated announcement system since its debut in 2005, currently the YRT buses do not have the automated announcements.

Next year is when we're implememnting an AA system and we're not the only ones without AAs, hell only the TTC has AAs in Canada, other than VIVA/YRT
