@moelex64 go to composition, add render to queue and set up the options you want and then there should be a button that says render and there you go :D

@fatseth id suggest duplicating the layers, and seperating them in the way you want, so the slow motion effect only happens to the area you want, while the rest of it (on a duplicate layer) is unaffected. there might be an easier way but this is just off the top of my head

i dont understand what im doing wrong, i did everything you said but for some reason the whole video is in slowmo instead of the two points i wanted... also the slow mo dosnt look like the slow mo at the start of your video, it looks like a slowmo from MOVIE MAKER like "frame by frame slow mo" (if you understand me.. Or you didn't allow frame blending and motion blur (That is what creates the effect)

Very amateur tutorial. First of all, motion blur doesn't do shit here. It has completely no effect at all in this situation. Secondly, frame-blending does not give good results. There is an easy way to make it take the two frames and calculate the combination, just can't remember how and that's what I'm looking for.
