Please, everyone knew about the ending of Mark since the advent of biblical archaeology. The alternate ending is quoted as early as the 2nd century. There was no big surprise from this document. This is a 4th century codex, not 3rd, 2nd or 1st. 99 percent of that bible is the same we have today. Spelling changes were made that did not affect the reading of the text.
There is truly no more than a handful of differences from the Sinai text vs the Majority text.
