  • How did you remove the pedals?

  • How did you take the pedals and crank arms off?

  • @PR1V4T3B0B removed cranks.

  • whats the range?

  • @jkportfolio 14-20 miles depending on rider weight and route.

  • If those foot rests are mounted on the forks, then I'm pretty sure nobody would want to buy that. You need to understand, for a more realistic and stable chopper bike the foot rests should be mounted where the engine would be.

  • would you sell your bike?

  • your "stirrup" or footrest is not all that safe...

  • @Microglia1 there are two sets of foot rests. One through crank and there are pegs on the forks.

  • nice job. Would it have been possible to build it Rear Wheel drive? Not street legal, but can you drive it in a bike lane?

  • @cyberpine can'r ide this legally on roads or in bike lanes...especially not in bike lanes:)

  • your camera makes the sound of the wind like a space rocket launch... if some1 listens only the sound of this video will think that your bike is supersonic... :P Nice work though i really love electric bikes especially those that are fast and cool looking.. :D

  • You blew a stop sign.....awesome!

  • can you tell me where i could buy one of the Schwinn Stingray Choppers? I'm trying to make my own electric bike and i like the look of that frame

  • @Grimmjowking This bike was purchased at a garage sale. Recommend searching ebay.

  • @Grimmjowking get on craigslist.they have em all the time.

  • How much did u pay for this?????????? I really need to know!!

  • @Nicholasishot This bike you can find for between $40 and $250 depending. The kit is $1150+ extra pack from e-bikekit . com

  • how well does the front wheel drive work?

  • @Jkenville91 front works well for this bike. It is hard to lace the motor in a 4inch rear like this. That said we have done that also. We used a motorcycle wheel and spokes for building a rear. That bike can be seen in the community>photo gallery>spectacular custom projects at e-bikekit . com

  • Not that good of performance for 72 volts, you sure do need to upgrade the brakes the cantilever system will wear out very fast.As nice as the lithium batteries are they are very expensive.Electric bikes take a lot more wear and abuse than a normal bike Im wondering how that Schwin will hold up.Please write your Senators and Congressman to boost the lawful speed for adults to 35mph that's what we need for commuters and greater use by the population. Nice build.

  • @leestevens What do you mean not that fast for 72v? its a direct brushless hub what do you expect? These wheel motors are 88% or more power efficient with a 20AH battery he can probly do more than 50miles

  • its a show stopper .... great looks....

  • bout how long does the battery live?

  • Nice

  • Good

  • Where to buy a ready one ?

  • I want one , i really do , guys plz help me get one ! How much is it ? Any one knows where i can get a ready converted one ? Like this one .

  • very awesome. wouldn't it make sense to add a charge to the opposite tire so the times between wall charging would be increased?

  • Man this thing is siiiiiick.!!! XD can u slap another battery pack on that and double your range? or do you then need to alter how the controller pack and etc... are set up?

  • You can double your range by adding another battery pack and connecting in parallel. Or you could simply use a switch to go from one battery to the other.

  • What if you just put a HUGE battery on it? Would the range improve?

  • @patrikk777 More AH(Amp-Hours) equals more distance.

  • cool as shit

  • Can you tell me where I can get the gauge display panal that shows mph and watts ect?? What is it called ?

  • please dont wear those shoes ever again

  • crocs rock

  • @EBikeKit Its true, I was just jealous so I got me some.

  • I liked every part of this but I have a question....Is the ride THAT bumpy????

  • is that a regular chopper? or is it the XL size? what size is your wheel with the motor too?

  • @SparkPlugSP It's the kids version of the stingray. the adult version is called the spoiler and has extended chopper forks.

  • how is it possible for the wheel with the motor fit on the bike. isn't the motor too wide to fit onto it?

  • @SparkPlugSP Front direct drive motors from E-BikeKit require 100mm between front dropouts(where the axle goes into the fork). This is standard.

  • how many volts ? you use ? what controller ?

  • @pochul 72v. Modified E-BikeKit controller.

  • Subscribed! I have an OCC chopper kind of like yours, except i'm putting alot of money into customizing mine with looks. Plus mine doesn't have a motor lol. Do you have a video that shows how you installed the motor?

  • @insanityawakens visit E-BikeKit on the web for installation videos.

  • Very cool i have a occ chopper bike and what type of motor is that how many watts

  • @flowjo25 500w direct drive motor from E-BikeKit.

  • never mind i see now..

  • nice chopper, but one question, where do you put your feet?????

  • Awesome bike! You did a great job

  • Nice job! Is that the stock rear wheel on the Schwinn, I did not see it for sale on your web site.

  • E-BikeKit does not sell this bike. they do sell the front hub motor, controller and e-bike kit accessories.

  • nice conversion!

about how long does the battery last?

  • per ride is about 25 minutes at avg speed of 26MPH.

  • that is with rider at 215pnds.

  • so how long does it take to charge and how often do you ride it?

  • This takes about 2.6 hours to charge from 10-100% using 2 x 3.5amp chargers.

  • nice but I personally find it un-proportional. The tire that actually carry the engine looks so weak compared to the back tire. But good job though.

  • The front is actually stronger because it has a double-walled rim to support the extra weight and torque.

  • looks good still got a lot more room for some more batteries.

  • would you get a higher top speed if you add one more E-bike motor on the back tire?

  • You would gain some top speed but mostly you would double the torque. Unless you know how to reconfigure the controller you would need two completely separate systems and throttles to make it happen. It can be done though. If you want to know how ask at Endless Sphere Technology Forum.

  • how much would that setup cost?

  • Basically a complete kit plus another battery so about $1275. That's not including the chopper itself. This chopper was $60 at a yard sale.
