I cant manage to glide properly because I cant seem to shift my weight properly...i end up with too much weight when i shift feet..and yeah

heres a tip since you cant distribute your weight right, do some warm ups and try to stand on one leg bend down till ur ass toushes your ankle and then rise back up if you can do that about 5 times on each leg your balence should be pretty good

think of one of your feet as a guide and the other one as a follower. Just do a step to your side or to your back and drag the other one after it, when you rech the "guide" do a sort of u-turn like move.Hope you understant what i wanted to say...and keep watching the video you'll get it

i don't remember, i was a kid when i learned this, it shouldn't take you long to get the ideea of th movement and illusion, after that is up to you and how you understand what you are doing with your feet.

that's great that you can allready do that, it will just take practice from now on, have patience and don't rush in to it, study the way you move very slowley so you can understant what your body is doing.Keep folowing the steps in the order i do in the video and everything will be good.Take them one by one. I doesen't really matter, it just looks different, i looks really good with superStar's, with phatFarm's, those kind of shoes. I for one don't care if the ground is slippery or not, or if my shoes ar meant for a skater or for a professional dancer, i think every one should be able to do a decent glide on anything. Peace
