@FaerieMischief13 Aha this was there first major studio album. The rest of the music was independently produced with Care playing most of the instruments... They went to LA to record this album. They are bound to shitty management (if you watch their documentary you'll see it) but I don't think she's that conflicted. Care genuinely loves making music, but she was bound to her label to produce an album fast style and that was stressful.

Every Die Mannequin video I see has at least 3 or 4 people saying they sound generic. Here's what I think. What music isn't generic nowadays? Hip hop,rap,rock most of the frequently listened to forms of music sound the same. If it was the 50's when rock was new, there would be more things to experiment with. Now everything to be done has been done. Rock with orchestra,rock with middle eastern and celtic influences, rock fusion ect. What else is there?
