My wife & I saw an identical black 'S' shaped object flying across the sky in Corfe Mullen on Sunday 20th November 2011. It was rotating on its axis in the same way and about the same speed as this video. It appeared to be travelling in a straight line parallel to the ground & heading West. Unable to estimate the height as I don't know how large the object was.
I love aliens and all but I feel if I get to in too it aliens will come and get me..... I'm a bit paranoid oh god now I won't be able to sleep great....
Neat video... I wish all ufo videos were this clear, well-focused, and zoomed that well, also showing (kinda) some reference points.
That said, I'd bet this is just a balloon, but it's a little eerie how uniform its movement is. I would expect a balloon caught in the wind to dance a little more, not rotate at a very stable rate.
im sure at 0:31 u can see it lapse over the window frame. you can see the color difference so I have to dislike this video.

I'd say either a balloon or after effects. Even amateurs can do pretty realistic stuff with that software.

I think the white sphere might just be dirt on your window, which only looks to be moving because the camera is panning past it.
The UFO S-ship is very cool, though. I really don't think an s-shaped balloon could fly with such purpose and stability... or that oddly slow speed!
