I live In Portishead and I love it! Its one of the safest towns in the country and its just going from strength to strenth with the marina and village quarter, and with any luck the rail line in a few years. whats not to like?

struck me as odd, i dunno. Maybe i'm missing something, but if these folks are doing dodgy manouvers etc and that's why, then they deserve to be busted. As for i dunno, some guy somehow using these numberplates for criminal means, i think he'd be able to look out his window and take as many as he wanted.
