All the heads are ported by hand ans using a computer aided flowbench. What you see here is a CNC machine making an EXACT replica of that original head. .... You can't do that by hand !!!

After a period of hand porting the CNC porting is a bless.The porting itself is just a small piece from a complicated gas exchange-mechanism,in order to take full advantage in gaining performance there ares still a lot of problems even with a state-of-the-art porting.

you dont need fluid when machining cast iron-it contains graphite.
