  • it really does work. You just gotta keep doing it. People just don't like it cause it's a ball... and they don't want to spend that much money on a small rubber ball. But it works.

  • As an amateur, usually you do two hours of diving in the water and one hour of "dry land" training for five days a week. Saturday you do about 3-4 hours of strength training, flexibility, cardio, and dive modeling on dry land rather than in the water.

    Those at the college level often have 4-5 hours of practice a day during the week along with 8-12 hours a day on Saturday and Sunday.

  • Basically strength training, cardio, and flexibility, but specifically targeted to be useful when diving (Olympic-type diving). It includes many variations of the basic crunch that are more strenuous. You also get in a harness on a trampoline or in a harness on a diving board that is over squishy mats and model dives as if you were actually doing them into water.

  • It works. Not only are you doing crunches but your struggling to keep your balance. It somehow works more muscles. I can do like 100 crunches but I get on that ball I can do like... 10 crunches. The only reason why there's so many haters out there is because they're being sold a ball that can get for cheaper at the store. So go buy a cheapy ball... and I'm sure you can find the workouts you're supposed to do somewhere on the net
