we use the launcher to connect to the offical server. There are other servers, but you will need to get the server IP from the hosts.

There has been a recent change in the IP of the offical server, you need to change it in the launcher

There is mod called "Scud Storm", but it's pretty crappy because all models are taken straight from Generals

its a standalone game set in the Red Alert 1 universe. So its RA1 on ground level. Search Red Alert: A Path Beyond, you'll find it
