I read your diet tips on your blog! Could you post more recipes to eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner? :o) I think one of the reasons why I can't stick to a "diet" is because I get bored of eating the same thing for weeks! I used to eat a bowl of multi grain cheerios or oatmeal for breakfast, a whole wheat turkey and cheese wrap for lunch with a veggie or fruit, and then for dinner I would eat some type of lean meat, veggie, and sometimes brown rice. It just gets SO boring! lol
can you do a video on what can we do or eat instead when were craving junk food!
also what are good breakfast ideas
