i think any way filmed is correct a film grows as you add bits ,,even the clips that dont seem important and mundian still add to the over all effect of the film and often make the film more interesting ,, that what i think ,,and then we come to use of the tripod and editing the clips just to pick out non wobbly bits and unwanted chit chat (or sound track swap) do i think its better to gat a longer clip just to get the film to edit in the first place ,, how deos that sound to you?

@XxBec3509 I think your right, you never know who watches and what they like. Obviously an engine looking amazing thrashing out of a station is great but people look for all sorts of stuff they like in train clips.

@XxBec3509 Thanks, I wonder if just the last 3min should have been all that I should have posted? But then somebody emails and says"Thanks, thats my family near the beginning" or something like that and I think that a longer clip is O.K. Most watch the beginning and the last half when you look at the graphs of how they are viewed.

I believe two survived the torch, 70000 Britania which should be back on the main line soon thanks to Pete Waterman and his amazing team and 70013. If it is any consolation the train did return to Liverpool St in the evening.

Good old Britt, BR scrapped the other 52.Can anyone tell me why the train went from Kings Cross an not Liverpool Street. Where the Britts worked from.

Thanks for comment. The diesel was on the back due to the route to Sheringham. It involved turning and towing 70013 in order to get her facing the right way as many junctions are long gone on the branches up there. The diesel led from Norwich to Cromer.

Great job,I was at the other end about a mile away from Sheringham seeing her in. Brilliant sight. But why that great steel lump of a diesel on the back?

I'm a bit of an amateur though I did 'spot' her at Liverpool street in I think about 1956, short trousers and all that.

Do you know what her route up from K.C. was?

and also the type of camera ,,but if you use HD it dont seem to matter a film made in HQ can very much get the same good views and good comments as a bit of pro filming ,,
