I think the best thing they could do would be either up-ing the max lvl =) OR

0-10 begginer --->>> 10 lvls

10-30 first job --->>> 20 lvls

30-60 Second job --->>> 30 lvls

60-100 third job --->>> 40 lvls

100-150 fourth job --->>> 50 lvls

150-200 fifth job --->>>50 lvls

and the max lvl being 250, so now there are 5 job adcancements which would be awsome!!

Level 200 will be max and always will be. Pink Bean only requires a crap load of patient's and a bunch of high levels. In this case, global is a bitch

That would be a bad idea. I have a lv 200 F/P (SteelGfire on kradia). And I would not want to have to train anymore. And most of my lv 200 friends would not want to train anymore, either. By the time you get to lv 200 most people are tired of training. Alot of people get tired of training and quit before lv 200, which is why less than 0.5% of players even get to lv 200.
