this guy was lucky. He almost got to the ocean.. if that plane had hited that water, it would be the end of his carreer and possibly his end as well. He was stupid and acted like a child... a plane like that costs a lot for the country and shouldn't be put in the hands of someone who isn't mature enough to use it.
